1. Introduction & Platform Scope

Welcome to Loadrivo Technologies (“Loadrivo”, “Platform”, “we”, “our”, “us”). Loadrivo operates as an on-demand haulage hailing, freight discovery, and dispatch management platform connecting shippers and businesses with vetted independent vehicle drivers and fleet operators across Nigeria.

By creating an account, accessing, or using the Loadrivo Customer App, Loadrivo Driver App, or website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. User Roles & Account Registration

• Customers / Shippers: Individuals and businesses seeking to book, hail, and track cargo, furniture, or parcel deliveries.
• Independent Drivers & Fleet Operators: Transporters registered with verified vehicle credentials to fulfill haulage requests.

All users must provide accurate, verifiable identity details during registration, including government identification and valid contact information.

3. Booking, Pricing & Payments

Freight rates are quoted transparently based on distance, vehicle category, and cargo specifications. Shippers agree to pay the agreed trip fee upon booking confirmation. Driver payouts are processed upon confirmed delivery sign-off.

4. Prohibited Goods & Safety

Users are strictly prohibited from shipping illicit substances, hazardous chemical waste, unregistered firearms, or illegal contraband. Loadrivo reserves the right to suspend accounts and report violations to law enforcement authorities.

5. Limitation of Liability

While Loadrivo verifies driver identities and provides real-time GPS tracking tools, independent drivers operate as third-party contractors. Loadrivo is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from unforeseen transit delays, road closures, or severe weather events.
